Every time we outdo ourselves at work, one of us has the honor of spinning the wheel of fortune. If we spin the wheel of fortune five days in a row, the entire team can choose a special prize together.
We think that 10 minutes of relaxation during the working day can only boost our performance, focus and work results therefore our office features a table tennis table. We have to agree that boys are really good at the game, but girls can keep up with them pretty easily. Of course if you visit us in our offices, we would love to play a game or two with you.
Our neighbours know us for the largest stock of tea in the kitchenette that you have ever seen. And because we have a lot of coffee lovers we made sure that our coffee is exceptionally good too.
Every first Tuesday of the month, we organise a longer meeting for all the members of the team. At the meeting, we discuss everything important that happened in the previous month and also what awaits us in the coming month. We share business and personal good news since it is much easier to do this over hot croissants, fresh strawberries and hot coffee.
We want to make the members of our team feel appreciated so we make sure that important events in their lives do not go by unnoticed. Birthdays, births of a new members of the Leemeta team, as we like to call them, or any other special event – we stick together through the good and the bad, inside and outside the office.
